Financial Policy
Our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. If we are in-network with your dental insurance, your estimated portion is due at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, credit card, debit card, or FSA/HSA card.
Dental Insurance
We participate in-network with select insurance plans. Please call our office to confirm our participation status with your insurance provider.
We will file a dental claim with your insurer on your behalf. Prior to major procedures, we can obtain an estimate of your benefits for any needed treatment. Please note that insurance companies may take several weeks to provide this information, and some companies will not give us an estimate until treatment is completed.
Insurance companies may change your benefits, co-pays and deductibles at any time. Furthermore, dental insurance policies have many limitations and often only pay for a portion of your needed treatment.
Please remember that our treatment recommendations are based on what is best for your health, not based on your dental insurance.
